A huge thank you to everyone that took part in week 7 of our Creative Challenge. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the tessellation designs you came up with!
The winner of this week’s theme is Phoebe B. Her tessellation incorporated an interesting shape within the pattern and the bold colours really made the design stand out, well done Phoebe! Mr O'Hara was also particularly impressed with the design of two other entries by students Amy L and Bella C who are our runners up for week 7, well done both, you will also receive a £5 voucher for your entries.
We hope you enjoyed spending time getting creative and are all ready for another challenge!
This week's challenge has been set by the Geography department!
Mrs Allison would like you to create a representation of a continent. This could be a collage, model, song, painting, cake or anything else creative you can think of. Your design must include both physical and human geography features of that continent so make sure you incorporate your research into your project.
Please email your entry to firstname.lastname@example.org by 3pm on Thursday 21 May to be in with a chance of winning one of the 3 shopping vouchers up for grabs, good luck!
