Year 11 Food Practical

This week our Year 11 food students took part in their practical assessment. Mrs Blee’s class had a choice of 3 tasks set by AQA. British cuisine, Individual portion for someone with type 2 diabetes or Starchy carbohydrates for active adults. Their brief was to cook and serve these dishes within a 3 hour session.

The level of complex practical skill and technique demonstrated by all the students in the class was fantastic. They produced excellent dishes to a very high standard. Well done to the following students on their hard work towards this unit.
